Delivery Information
All orders placed and paid for by 15.00 are despatched the same day (except on Saturdays when the cut off time is 11.00am). If you have an urgent requirement to have an order shipped same day but have missed the deadline, and it is before 16.30pm then please contact us and we may still be able to accomodate same day despatch.
We gaurantee all orders within the UK and will reship any order that does not arrive.
We will also reship any first non wholesale orders outside of the UK if they are lost.
All orders over £30 qaulify for Free Next day delivery for the UK. And for international customers Either Airsure or international signed for Free of charge.
Postal Rates
UK
1st Class - This is an untracked delivery service which is next day for 90% of orders, but occasionally takes 2-7 days, although over 3 days is very rare. All orders under £50 qualify for this mode of delivery FREE of charge.
Recorded 1st Class - This is a basic tracked/signed for delivery service which is next day for 90% of orders, but occasionally takes 2-7 days, although again, over 3 days is very rare. The cost of this service is £1.99.
Special Delivery by 1pm - This is a fully tracked service which costs an additional £5.00 and guarantees delivery by 1pm next day.
Special Delivery by 9am - This is a fully tracked service which costs an additional £6.00 and guarantees delivery by 9am the next day.
Special Delivery with Saturday Guarantee - £9.00 - as the name suggests this means if you place and pay for an order up until 15.00 on a Friday afternoon then delivery by 1pm on Saturday is guaranteed.
Delivery outside of the UK
Airmail - This is unregistered normal airmail service and typically takes 2-7 days to arrive in continental EU destinations. The cost is £3.60 and is only available on orders below £60.
International Signed For / Airsure - We use Royal Mail's tracked Airsure and International Signed for services depending on what the destination country is. These typically take 2-3 days to Western Europe and 3-4 days to Eastern Europe. The cost is £7.99. Airsure is tracked but does NOT require a signature.
All customers are sent a shipping confirmation email on the evening of the day of despatch, and orders sent using tracked methods will also have the tracking number included in that email.
All lost orders are re-shipped for free when 7 days overdue for UK orders and 14 days overdue for EU orders.
